Not only can fireworks overwhelm their sensitive ears, but the incessant knocking of trick or treaters at the door (not to mention the flicker of bonfire flames) can be extremely frightening.

🎃Keep dogs indoors this Halloween .
🎃Never force your dog to wear a costume.
🎃Make sure your dog is wearing an identity tag.
🎃Keep sweets and treats away from furry friends.
🎃Walk your dog early in the day or before dark.
🎃Keep an eye on your dogs body language and respond accordingly.
