**McLaughlin’s Veterinary moving to the bypass under new management**
Faxbridge Veterinary (Kenny & Sexton), with whom recently we’ve had a close working relationship, have entered into an agreement to acquire McLaughlins Veterinary Practice and our adjoining Veterinary shop in Bandon effective this Thursday 31st January 2024. Vet Clinic will remain on Bridge Street until the renovations are done (aiming for Wednesday Feb 7th) New premises will be located on the bypass in Bandon between Hernon’s Service station and EZ Living. Sadly our Mitchelstown branch will cease trading on the same day.
As 77 years of McLaughlins on Bridge Street comes to an end, we think about the many amazing people (and absolute characters!) that worked here and in Mitchelstown during that time. A massive thank you to all of you, we couldn’t have worked with better people. To our loyal customers, your unwavering support over the years was never taken for granted and we can’t thank you enough for that.
We would like to wish Faxbridge Veterinary (a family business like ourselves) the very best in bringing McLaughlins to the next level. With the new location and McLaughlins team, it’s sure to be a great success.
