Fully focused on the treat! 😍🐶
Bran was in the Carrigaline branch for his free 6-month health check as part of his pet health plan. He also picked up his
wormer, which is also included in the plan. At 8 months old, you can see he was fully focused on the treat on hand, with everything else a plus!

Meet Tallie, a 14-year-young domestic short hair who won over the team in Carrigaline with her constant talking, appreciation of daily treats and love for affection and cuddles. 🐱🐈❤️

Tallie does not act her age and managed to injure herself whilst out exploring. She presented with a ruptured cranial cruciate ligament (commonly known as an ACL tear), and diagnosis was based on examination and imaging.
Tallie had a lateral suture technique performed to help stabilise her stifle joint .
Tallie coped with the surgery no problem and stayed with us for the early recovery period where we kept her rested and comfortable.

While we had the pleasure of Tallies company, she seemed content and relaxed and had all the staff wrapped around her furry toes in no time. Her owner managed to visit most days to give some extra TLC and a bit of time getting used to her operated leg.
We are delighted with her progress, and she has now returned home to continue her recovery. It will still be a few weeks before she can get back to business outside, but hopefully it will all be worth it!

Give ❤️ to your vet nurse team!

This month highlights and spreads the word about the importance of the role of a veterinary nurse in a vet practice. From taking care of your pets from when they walk through the door, until they go home, we provide them with excellent care, plenty of cuddles, food, and treats.
They are surgical assistants, anaesthetists, lab technicians, nutritionists, and radiographers.

Their tireless energy and dedication to pets and owners deserve some recognition – we’d be lost without them!

We love our veterinary nurses! This month is veterinary nurse awareness month, but really one month is not enough time to cover the variety of jobs and duties our nurses do each day. It safe to say that each one is integral for what we do here AT riverview Veterinary Group.
It might be in May, but we appreciate them all year long 🙏❤️

Sunny is a rare breed... he still enjoys coming to the vets!
Sunny was in our Carrigaline branch recently for his vaccines and loved all the treats and cuddles he got 🤗😍
