Well! look who's put in an appearance!
You'll have spotted our Pearl out and about around the farm. She spends very little time in the sheds but comes and goes as she pleases. She has obviously made some new friends 😉 She returned a couple of weeks ago to make her nest. This is what greeted us first thing this morning! it made us smile!

After a smooth birth on Friday evening, things quickly started to go wrong for our newest edition. Not long after, Mam was in trouble. With a late night visit from the vet and a watchful eye til morning, both mam and cria have turned a corner. They are completely out of the woods now and doing well. Thanks also to Anthony Walsh for the help milking! He named our littlest alpaca Esther.
