This morning we hat a stunning little main c**n visiting us.
Zoey is a dote, who “likes eating” and hopes to grow fast. 😁
Anyway, she stole my heart within seconds. 🥰

Good Luck Elaine ☘️

Most of you will know Elaine from your visits to us here in Sunbeam Cobh.

Elaine is the friendly face you meet when you and your pet first arrive, the person who is waiting to give you a hug when you have had bad news, or said goodbye to your pet, and the fantastic lady at the end of the phone to give you some reassuring advice or get you in to see us if needed.

She has done such an amazing job of keeping us moving like a well oiled machine for the years she has been here, so much so, Sunbeam Hospital in Northpoint can’t be without her!

Although she isn’t leaving us completley, she will no longer be based in Cobh and we are so sad to be without her daily antics and craic!

We know she is going to spread even more love and positivity to more people and their pets up in the hospital but as of today we are waving her goodbye in Cobh!

Elaine, you are one of a kind, we wish you all the best on your new venture and you will be so missed by the team in Cobh. 🥲

Look at that beautiful smile 😍 Pennie was in yesterday for her post dental check and she was beaming from ear to ear. She loves visiting us here in Cobh even if it is for a dental her tail is always wagging
Remember always get your dogs teeth checked regularly.

Congratulations niamh.

✨ We are so proud of our vet Niamh Casey who passed her exams today for her second certificate! We are so proud of you! Niamh is now a double surgery certificate holder with Advanced Practitioner status, we are so lucky to have such a talented vet on our team ✨

In 2022, Niamh was awarded Advanced Practitioner status in General Small Animal Surgery by the RCVS. Niamh has just passed her second certificate; General Practitioner Advanced Certificate in Small Animal Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery with Improve International (GPAdvCert SAOS).

Louie was in today to be neutered and get a baby tooth taken out...how cute is this boy. Louie was adopted by a lovely family after his mommy was found heavily pregnant on the side of a road and brought into our hospital in Northpoint. Their mommy found an amazing fosterer who in turn adopted her and her 3 baby boys did the same when they were old enough. He is recovering very well and will go home later today.

Today Lando spent the day with us after getting neutered! What a little teddy bear 🥰🫶🏻

He was such a brave boy for his procedure and enjoyed plenty of cuddles afterwards!

We received the most beautiful gift yesterday from one of our clients when they came into collect their pets ashes after she passed away in April. Izzy was a long term client of ours but to us she was referred to "fat ass Murphy" a name our clients jokingly called her when they rang to order her meds. She is sadly missed by everyone but will always be remembered every time we see her gift which will be placed in the reception area for all to see. Thank you so much to the murphy family we will cherish it always 🐕🐕
