* As the busy season is upon us, we would like to have a smooth running operation to stay on track with all appointments.

* These terms and conditions are starting Monday 21st November;

* Please stick to exact drop off time - if you are more than 15 minutes late we will not be going forward with your booking.

* A text will be sent with collection time, if you are more than 30 minutes late there will be a fee added on to the cost of groom. (Unless we have come to an agreement)

* I completely understand that we are all busy - especially this time of year:

if you cannot collect your dog within the time given then you are welcome to pay for our •doggie day care service• (latest collection 6pm) where we have extra staff on to give all your pooches extra love, attention and play time after their groom. Please message for more details.
