April Moody Menu: Cream Pancit Molo🍲

Pancit Molo or Filipino pork dumpling soup is a type of soup using wonton wrappers which originated from Molo district in Iloilo City (Philippines). It consists of a mixture of ground pork wrapped in molo or wonton wrapper, shredded chicken meat, and also shrimp. -Wikipedia😆

This ready-to-grill Bacolod Chicken Inasal is now back in the kitch. I'm selling this as marinated and frozen since as a healthcare worker, I oftentimes don't have the energy to cook dinner after work. With this, I can just thaw and cook whatever number of chicken I want to eat and keep the rest in the freezer for those times when I'm too busy and tired to cook.😉

Hey everyone! I'm back from my quick holiday. And since I wasn't able to bring the sun back with me, I decided to cook another Ilonggo comfort food for this gloomy weather. Tomorrow's Moody Menu is... Cansi!😋 Cansi (Kansi), which originated from Bacolod, is a hearty and comforting sour soup with tender beef shanks, batwan, and chilis. Since I've ran out of batwan, (yes I had batwan here 😉), I used sinigang mix instead which still did a perfect souring job. Available tomorrow lunch time. First DM, first served!
