Laying scent trails (using a smelly treat) is a great activity for busy pups like Rylee as it releases good endorphins and teaches her to focus.
I offer a variety of pet services: dog training, dog walking, pet portraits and murals. www.pawsandp Positive, reward-based training. Lead On!

et Sketches: Do you have a photograph of your pet that you’d love to turn into a unique piece of art? I mostly work in pencil, pen and ink and charcoal but other mediums are possible as well. I can also come and photograph your pet myself if you have no suitable pictures. All my rates are very reasonable, please see www.pawsandpencils.com for details. I (Heather Watson) graduated with a First Class Honours BSc in Zoology. I have volunteered in the kennels of the Irish Guide Dog for the Blind and regularly dog walk and train for Munster Lost and Found, as well as assisting with puppy and adult obedience classes with Creedon's Doggie Daycare, Togher. My professional pet minding service has been running for over 7 years now and I have many repeat clients. Please leave a message, email or text or ring me with any queries.

We're looking forward to a great day out...here's a chance to grab some free tickets!
We had a lot of fun last night at our Fun 'n Games class; beautiful evening sun, scent games with Rooibos teabags and chicken (you'll have to join us to figure out that one!), proprioception exercises (reversing up a step), and great craic with the agility course. Fun and building the bond between owner and dog is the key here, so each of the dogs does it with their own style.

Lovely mild evening for our Fun and Games class. Agility, scent games and fun tricks were enjoyed by all. We tried to get them all posing with "Two paws up" but couldn't quite manage to synchronise!

Some fun from last night's Christmas social
Scent game from our Christmas social last night
A big Thank you to this fantastic group of doggos and owners for being such fun to train with. We had our Christmas social last night and they were game for anything! We played the Clicker Game (where we trained each other instead of the dogs!), we had fun on the Enrichment obstacle course and we played a Scent Game with rosemary sprigs😁
A friend is fostering a lovely lurcher and she's looking for her Furever Home....Are you looking for a loving companion? Tilly is a small lurcher girl. She was found with a broken leg that had never received medical attention. The three legs are no hindrance to her whatsoever. She’s completely adjusted to being a tri paw. She loves to play fetch. She enjoys a run or a walk and then is happy to curl up somewhere cosy most of the day (ideally not too far from you - but she can be left for a couple of hours at a stretch). She is happy to be in a crate over night. She walks very well on the lead but is overcoming her shyness of traffic. Except barking on one occasion when our own dog started barking on the lead, she has been appropriately sociable when meeting other dogs. She is housetrained, will be neutered this week, and she’s very alert and quick to learn. She shows no guarding of food or possessions. Sometimes she barks if someone she doesn’t know comes to the door but she doesn’t bark for the sake of it. Tilly is a little shy at first but she is super affectionate and has so much love to give. I know her soulmate is out there.
Learning to Talk Dog is so important for adults and kids alike, and it is something we often teach in group as well as private classes.
