KS1 had a fantastic time at the Temple At War Show last weekend thanks again to the temple cressing crew for all there hard work in organising the event.

Our first event of the year at the Staffordshire regimental museum. We represented k*k infantry regiment 63 frierr von pitreich our new project.

The 63rd fought on the western front from July 1918 till the end of the war with the Austrian armistice coming into effect on the 4th November 1918.

It’s an impression we hope to use a lot more over here and join our brothers representing the 63rd in America.

The weekend of the 10-12th September 2021 will see the first showing of the new western front impression that some members of the group are portraying for the 48hrs in a trench event at Hawthorne trench.

We will be portraying the infantry regiment IR 63 freiherr von pitreich.

The young lad who lives two doors down from me, put this through my letter box this morning.

He’s a keen ww1 history nut and can recite from memory what happen from the nations declaring war to the Russian revolution!

I think the future of keeping there memory alive is in safe hands with this young historian.

( I’ll getting him on the Austrian flag next)
