We really appreciate all the calls and texts from people looking to book their dogs in before Christmas over the past few weeks. Unfortunately we are full between now and the 25th for grooming appointments and have been for some time. If possible we will try and fit in a quick wash or nail clip but we will prioritise our regular clients.
The next date with free appointments is January 3rd. ❤️🐶❤️

Hi everyone, hope you’re doing well. I wouldn’t normally share something like this but Rin was a very special regular for grooming with us since he was a pup. I am simply devastated to hear about his accident from Nikki.

It’s auction time for Munster Lost and Found! Always great fun and a very worthy cause.

This auction the Wicked sisters become 3... we are joined by an honorary, but just as wicked, wicked sister #3 so prepare yourselves for the triple threat. Wallflowers need not participate. As always please remember......

Rules for auction
1. Have as much fun as possible whilst raising vital funds to save more lives at our rescue.
2. Keep an eye on items you are bidding on maybe jot down the lot number . We will try to tag if outbid but it doesn't always work 🙈
3. Large itms will have to be collected. Feel free to message page if you have any questions as we do have volunteers in a wide ranging area who we can get items to.
4. Postage will apply to items so consider that when bidding please.
5. Contacting other bidders by private message to attempt to interfere with bidding will not be tolerated and may result in you being banned from future auctions.
6. Commenting to each other in jest is very much allowed and banter is very much encouraged.
7. The highest bidder at 6.59pm on Wicked Sister #2's time stamp on Sunday the 20th October 2024 wins.
8. Winning bidders will be contacted by Wicked Sister #1 a day or two later to arrange payment please be patient.

Morning all! It’s that time of year again when the evenings are drawing in and the requests for grooming appointments are very high. As there is unprecedented demand for December appointments this year we would like to advise everyone that we will be closing for the holiday season on December 20th and all appointments up to then are on a first come first served basis. We will prioritise all our regulars but we will not be able to manage a cancellation list this year. There has been a massive increase in the volume of phone calls and queries which has a knock on effect when one is also trying to groom dogs and answer the door etc.
please text or what’s app where possible and if phoning please leave a voicemail if there is no answer.
At present the wait time for an appointment is 10-14 days.
Please be patient on the phone and when dropping off or picking up dogs and note threatening or abusive language or behaviour will not be tolerated on the phone or at the parlour. We groom dogs because we love working with them and we will not tolerate rude, unkind or demanding humans.

We received very sad news this morning that dear sweet Taylor crossed over the Rainbow Bridge unexpectedly this week. Taylor was with us since he was a puppy and always had a special place in our hearts, its because of dogs like him that we keep going through the tough days.
We are sending his wonderful kind owners loving thoughts as we know he will be missed and he was so well cared for and loved. 😢🌈🐾❤️

As usual Taylor the Shihtzu brought lots of happiness to the parlour today. We love to see our older regulars like Taylor who have had some health issues but continue to enjoy being groomed and pampered.
