Your pet has the parlour to them selves so immediately on arrival they are given a loving welcome, then groomed and leave within an hour and a half.

Pet owners concerns and requirements are also my priority so I always listen to any information given to me by owners which assists greatly with the care and welfare of their pet and with achieving a great groom that is most suited to each pet. A health check is always carried out during each groom and I report any suspected ailments or conditions to owners.
