Hello, my dear clients,
⚠️ I just want to remind everyone of Terms & Conditions.
I started my business so I could spend quality time with each dog while giving them my undivided attention and helping them understand that grooming can be enjoyable. Please read the following in its entirety to ensure my services are a good fit for you and your best friend.
🔴 I'm not just providing your dog with a bath and a haircut, but working with them to provide a safe and comfortable grooming environment that he or she will learn to enjoy.
🔴 I offer your dog a one-on-one private grooming session, which typically lasts 1-2 hours, during which they are groomed from start to finish using gentle techniques. I will give you an estimated grooming time at drop-off and will call or text 15-20 minutes before they are finished. My goal is to have you pulling up as your furbaby is ready, which helps operations run smoothly and ensures the next customer receives the same one-on-one experience.
➡️ If you are late more than 30 minutes later, after my message or call, there will be a charge of €5 for up to 30 minutes or €10 for up to 1 hour.
🔴 In order to achieve the lowest stress environment possible and keep appointments from overlapping, schedules MUST run smoothly. DOGS NEED TO BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP ON TIME. If you arrive early, please WAIT until your appointment time to come to the door, as I may be finishing with another dog. The same applies for pick-up.
💥 Please DON'T ring on the bell when dropping or collecting your dog. 💥
🔴 CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to keep an appointment, please provide me with 24 hours' notice so I will have time to book someone from the waiting list.
➡️ If you didn’t provide me with 24 hours' notice, there will be a charge of 50% of the grooming price if you want to reschedule.
➡️ If you are late more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule the appointment, and there will be a fee of 50% of the grooming price.
🔴 I will not groom aggressive dogs or dogs that are showing any kind of aggression.
🔴 Dogs MUST be leashed or in a carrier.
🔴 Please make sure your dog goes to the toilet before the grooming session.
🔴 IF your dog is matted, there will be an additional charge depending on how matted he or she is.
