Yesterday , our lovely volunteer Orla got pounced on during her morning walk with her own dogs … it was the gorgeous 𝑯𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒆𝒚 🩷 🐾

Cheeky little girl spotted her a mile off & ran up for cuddles 🥰 No matter the length of time our dogs spend with us … they always remember 🥹♥️

✨ Forever Home Update - Our beautiful girl 𝑲𝒂𝒕𝒆 was one of the originals …an OG as we like to call her … and the most gorgeous girl inside & out ♥️

Kate was the most loving gal … she loved her cuddles & belly rub time, she was just the sweetest girl ! We were so lucky that Susan saw her post, instantly fell in love & knew she was the one for her .. she has never looked back since 🥰

Susan has another female Shepherd , so we took introductions slowly … and it turns out they became the best of friends 🐾 ♥️ “ Who says two female dogs can’t get along ?” .. and we couldn’t agree more ! We hear they are perfect pals now & all went well from the beginning 🫶🏽

We are so delighted that darling Kate landed so lucky on all four paws with Susan 🍀 We couldn’t have wished for a better home for her … you hit the jackpot Kate. We love you & miss you ♥️🐾

Get the tissues ready ….. 𝑷𝒆𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒓 (formerly Beauty) 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆 🩷😭🩷

Our darling girl Pepper… finally got her day !!! She waited so long for her forever people to come & bring her home .… a day we feared would never come 😢 Pepper is an absolute beaut through & through … we are honoured that we had the privilege of minding her & helping her start the next chapter of her life 🥰

From the moment Pepper came into our care, she never gave us an ounce of trouble. She was always happy to see you, tail banging on the walls with her wiggly bum .. and giving the best hugs & kisses 🫶🏽

As the time went on, with nobody coming to see her … Pepper started to lose her spark - she was giving up on herself 🥺 But we never did … not for one second, we saw the real Pepper, the gorgeous loving girl who we knew had so much more to give in life 🩷

When Bob & his family got in touch, we had a feeling… we just knew this was it - Pepper’s people had finally come for her 😭 They fell in love with our darling girl just as quick as we did … and we’ve never cried as much 🩷

Pepper .. our gorgeous girl - 𝒀𝑶𝑼 𝑫𝑰𝑫 𝑰𝑻 !!!!!!! We didn’t give up on you … you finally got that second chance in life. Never stop being that loving , caring , bum wiggling girl. We will miss you so much, but you’ve left a paw print on our hearts & we will love you forever 🩷 🐾

✨ The Dublin Dog Hub would like to extend our biggest 𝒯𝐻𝒜𝒩𝒦 𝒴𝒪𝒰 to 𝑨𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒏 & 𝑳𝒖𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒂 𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒎𝒔𝒐𝒏 for making a donation to the Hub in lieu of wedding favours at their recent nuptials 👰🏼‍♀️ 🎩

We heard the wedding was 𝑷𝑬𝑹𝑭𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 from start to finish … in the most stunning of locations & the celebrations continued until 5am the next morning 🎉 🏰 🥂 I don’t think anyone can argue .. they both look absolutely amazing 🥰

We are forever grateful to you both for thinking of us & our dogs during your special time .. it means the world to us ♥️ 🐶

We wish you both the happiest of marriages, full of love , laughter & hopefully a dog or two from us 😉🐾 ♥️

Meet little Miss 𝑪𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒆 🩷 This young lady is a ball of sass & good energy ! She is approx 1-2 years old & a staffy cross .. whoever guesses with what - wins a prize 🙃

Cassie has been an absolute sweetheart to have in our care, she is the most fun girl to be around 💁🏽‍♀️ She loves lapping up all the attention & cuddles … having a good run around … and is learning to play ball 🎾

As Cassie is still so young , she is highly trainable & and a fast learner... picking up sit, stay , lie down in only a few sessions 🤓 She needs a family who will put time into her training & give her the confidence she needs 🩷

She really is a sweet little girl , who just wants to do you proud ! She will always be by your side looking for cuddles & belly rubs …. and will make the most loyal best friend .. we just know it 🐶 🐾 🩷

𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂 (formerly Sophie) 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆 🩷🏡

Our gorgeous Stella left the Hub last week & there was not a dry eye as we waved her off with her forever family 🥰 Stella had been with us for some time, nobody ever came for her 🥺 She was a firm favourite amongst us all in the Hub, never sorry or down in herself … always full of love , cuddles & sussing out what you (& she) were eating next 🤣

When Sharon & her lovely family came to visit the Hub , they saw Stella peaking out of her kennel & immediately wanted to know everything about our gorgeous girl 🩷 It also helped that Stella fell in love with Buster , her new sibling brother … they are now two peas in a pod🫛

We always knew Stella was something special .. her people just hadn’t found her yet. We couldn’t be more delighted that Sharon & her family not only found but fell in love with Stella …. Just look at her now 😍 Queen of the castle, on every sofa possible & cuddling up infront of the fire with Buster in the evenings 🥰

We never gave up on you Stella … our sweet gorgeous girl … we knew you would do it 🌟 🩷 We know you’ll have the most amazing life with Sharon & her family … and Buster is taking such good care of you too 💙 🐶

Never change Stella … we’ll miss you ♥️ 🐾

The post I’m sure alot of you guys have been waiting for ….. 𝑻𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆 💙 🐾

Our gorgeous lovable lump was snapped up by the lovely Nicole & her family the minute she saw his post online - She knew she just had to have him 🥰 We thought owing to Tanks size, he might be difficult to rehome , but we were inundated with applications for this wrinkly giant 🫶🏽

When Nicole arrived with her family to meet Tank, we just knew he had found his people 💙 He also has a new sister Delilah , who he loves to annoy & lick to death 🤣 And he is fabulous with Nicole’s children 🥰

We are so so delighted that our big boy found the loving home he deserves, in the countryside with lots of space ! We cannot wait to follow Tank on his new adventures with the best family we could ever have dreamed for him 💙

We will miss you wrinkly giant Tank , you were the best boy to have the pleasure of caring for 🫶🏽 Never stop being that big lovable idiot we all fell in love with… and we are so proud that you did it boy - you won the lottery with your new family. We will miss you 💙 🐾

We couldn’t resist getting some extra snaps with 𝑨𝒅𝒂𝒎… it’s not often you have Irish royalty visiting the Hub 🐶 🐾

During our catch up , it transpired Adam grew up where one of our volunteers lives (middle pic, Mhairi - me 💁🏽‍♀️) We had great chats talking about the area & he was so interested to hear about how we all became involved in the Hub. He was mostly impressed to learn that the majority of our volunteers are full time workers .. juggling busy jobs & spending our free time to help the dogs in whatever way we can 🐶 🐾

We are really excited to watch Adam & Linda on 𝑩𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎 𝑩𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒛 & see all of our little dogs shine on camera. It was the most enjoyable day with the absolute gentleman Adam Clayton - We feel so lucky that we got to spend some time with him & share the joys of the Hub 🐾 🐶 💙 🎬

🌟 A few weeks ago we had the absolute privilege of welcoming good friend 𝑨𝒅𝒂𝒎 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒕𝒐𝒏 to the Hub for an afternoon of tea, chats & fun with all of our gorgeous dogs 🐶 🐾

From the moment Adam arrived it was pure joy - With a beaming smile, he conversed so intently with all of the staff at the Hub. He was so inquisitive about our work, how the dogs come into our care & he specifically asked about each dog as he passed by their kennel 💙

Adam was full of praise for our staff & all the work we do to help the wonderful dogs 🥰 As a big animal man.. he was truly heartbroken listening to some of the sad cases that we have had in our care recently. He wanted to take all of the dogs home & even took a special liking to little Cookie 🩷

As we finished up our afternoon, Adam noticed a pet caddy & inquired what was inside - 3 little hedgehogs dropped into us by 🦔 Turned out , one of his children is a mega hedgehog fan !! So as we said our goodbyes … we packed the 3 little guys into his car to take home for release - What lucky little hogs they were 🤍

It was a truly magical afternoon at the Hub, spent with one of the Irish greats & a day we will not forget in a hurry 🇮🇪 Please come back soon Adam, as it was an absolute pleasure & the dogs loved you 💙

♥️Forever Home Found ♥️
__Let us introduce this little ball of joy .. 𝑭𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒆 🩷 This baby came into us only two weeks ago .. as a skinny , starved, scared little girl 🥺

Since then she has slowly come out of her shell , gradually putting on weight .. and today we witnessed her first zoomies around the kitchen which was a joy to see 🥰 She is approx 4-5 months old , so still very young .. but so so playful & friendly .. she loves the attention being on her 👑

She can still be nervous at times & has been out with other pups / dogs without an issue , but you can see her timid side come out on occasions with dogs that are too much for her. She really is a gorgeous girl, who needs a home who understands she still needs time to fully trust 🫶🏽

Flossie is far too young to be already looking for her forever home … but we have her back & know she is going to make the perfect addition to a family very soon 🩷 🐾

♥️ Booked Pending Home Check ♥️___Meet 𝑩𝒍𝒖𝒆 💙🩵 The most beautiful little staffy you’ll ever meet. He came into us as a stray & sadly never reclaimed .. how, we have no idea! He is approx 4 years old.

Blue is the sweetest , most genuine little guy … so full of love and cuddles … he just wants to be by your side all the time 🥰 He is so gentle , mannerly .. and the cutest little seal out of water 🦭

He is great both on and off the lead … and non reactive with other dogs. Blue is your typical happy go lucky boy .. nothing phases him 🙃 This special guy is not one to miss out on … we know there is alot more to come from him - He is going to make the most special best friend to someone very soon 🤞🏽 Blue deserves a second happy ever after chapter to his life … a home and a person to call his own 💙🐾🩵
