Please Read in Full: Dear clients,

I’d like to thank you all for a brilliant year at Tails of Dublin- I have loved every minute. From getting to meet so many lovely people and their beautiful dogs to entering my first Grooming Competition, winning First Place in the New Beginner Class and being awarded Best Handler. Your support and appreciation has spurred me on and means so much to me.

I have strived to create a fear free environment for all my clients and to grow a bond with each dog in my care, taking time to develop a relationship with them, to understand their worries and to develop a pleasant grooming experience for them. But this takes time and commitment from both myself and my clients and unfortunately I have noticed that the longer the break in between appointments the more difficult this becomes to achieve.

With this in mind, going forward in the New Year I will only be working to a regular grooming schedule with my clients as I want to ensure the continued ethos of my salon which I feel very passionately about.

I understand that a regular schedule might not suit all of you and if this is the case please do not hesitate to contact me and I can help refer you to other groomers that might have more flexibility to suit your needs.
