Troy the 14 year old Pomeranian who was very badly over grown and matted, got a serious transformation at Masso Mutts Dog Grooming.

It’s not usually recommended to clip a Pomeranains type of coat (double coat) but because he had been previously clipped at his last groom, we simply had no choice with his condition and age I did what was best and quickest for him and he was happy out and that’s the main thing 🙌

So a few weeks ago I finally got the courage to enter myself and our own Bella (bichon cross) into a dog grooming competition the NI Grooming Challenge.

It was a first time for both of us and she was so so so well behaved I couldn’t believe it.

Anyway when I saw the beautiful pure breed dogs we where up against I was thinking ah here we haven’t a chance 😂 but ended up being placed 3rd to say I was chuffed was an understatement.

I was proud for pushing myself out of the comfort zone and being encouraged by to enter the competition so Being placed in our first competition is a brilliant achievement, given us the confidence to enter more competition and hopefully get better and better.

It was a fab day out nice and relaxed competition up in Derry. Big well done to everyone elce who entered and competed.

PS: Bella hadn’t had a hair cut since Christmas the last picture is her before 🙈🐾

Just a gentle reminder that NO SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION will not be tolerated at Masso Mutts Dog Grooming. There will be a fee add to their next appointment or if you wish to rebook.

This is my lively hood, how I make a living, pay bills and keep the business running.

Ask yourself what do you do if you are left short at the end of the weekly/monthly payments ? I know for a fact you don’t just say to your employer ah it’s grand don’t worry about it 😂 I’m sure you make sure you receive what’s missing.

Everyone who is booked in at Masso Mutts receives a reminder text and email the day before so a simple text or phone call or email back to say you can’t make it is all it takes to avoid no show or late cancellation fees and allows me to pass on your appointment to someone else.

As always I really do appreciate everyone who chooses me to look after and pamper their fur babies, all the regulars who keep my little business going huge thanks. I really do love all the doggies like my own ❤️
