Beautiful Frieda was a classic “failed foster”, and honestly, who could resist that face? She’s now living her best life with her forever family, but she did face a few challenges early on.

Like many schnauzers, Frieda has a lot to say, and going for walks was initially overwhelming for her. She would bark non-stop, especially when spotting other dogs, even from a distance. Her reactivity made walks stressful, and she struggled to stay calm. Alongside that, we also focused on building up her recall and loose lead walking skills.

Over the course of her 4-week training program, Frieda has made fantastic progress! Her owners have been incredibly patient and dedicated, really tuning into what Frieda needs and putting in the work to support her.

Meet Dexter! 🐶✨ This clever boy and his dedicated humans worked with me to transform his leash skills and recall—making every walk more enjoyable and engaging! His owners learned how to communicate clearly through leash handling, movement, and engagement, turning walks into a team effort instead of a tug-of-war. We focused on fun, interactive training, using the environment for mental stimulation, and keeping him engaged with the human end of the lead. The result?
