What will be covered:

Day 1 - What causes behavioural problems?

Day 2 - Anxious behaviour: hiding, screaming, following people around, being scared of the vet, scared of the car, scared of strangers, and other nervous behaviours

Day 3 - Aggression behavior: aggression towards other cats, animals and humans

Day 4 - P*e problem and other marking behaviours such as scratching, and chewing.

Day 5 - My cat has no problem, what else should I do to improve their life? clicker training and enrichment ideas.

HOW TO HELP CATS IN UKRAINE

No matter what’s your political view, animals are innocent when it comes to human conflicts.

I have spent yesterday doing research to find out how we can best help the animals in Ukraine. I have complied a list of rescue organisation who are in need of money right now.

This is *not* an endorsement as I have not spoken to anyone of them. (One said they got 15,000 messages a day at the moment and I don’t want to burden them and take their attention away from caring for hundreds of animals.)

But by complying this list, it makes your decision making easier. Please have a look at each rescue yourself and decide for yourself how to help.

DO NOT SEND FOOD, they won’t receive them as the roads are blocked and delivery vans won’t go through. Give them money so they can figure the food and water out themselves depending on their current situation. We are not there, they know best what works. (Yes water is a problem coz some pumps are gone…)

Last week during the Cat's Mental Health 5 day challenge, we had helped 40 students go through the process to learn more about improving their cat's quality of life. At the end of this challenge, students walked away with a long list of action plans. Some of them feel they need ongoing support to implement, so we take the opportunity to open the doors to our membership club.

This club is for you if you:
- got a cat during the pandemic and need guidance
