I want to talk about short haircuts /shaving pomeranian🦁
Someone may disagree with me, but here is my opinion about it.
In the future I will analyze everything in detail, but now the facts😊
Short haircuts /shaving of pomeranian lead to:
1. The destruction of the thermal insulation of the dog — the skin becomes defenseless against moisture, heat, cold.
2. The undercoat of the dog becomes defenseless before dirt and other debris (the undercoat is soft and attracts dirt like a magnet, and the hard outer hair that repels this dirt is cut off).
3. Burns. Shaving pomeranian makes their skin exposed to UV rays: they can get a burn, which is very long and expensive to treat.
4. A short haircut will not look so cute all the time, as shown in the photo. It is worth the dog to play a little and lie around, and the wool will need to be combed.
5. Dogs' fur will no longer grow back to its original appearance. It is impossible to restore the wool even after a one-time shaving of the pomeranian's coat "to zero".
6. Shaving / short haircuts contribute to mechanical allopecia (baldness). Allopecia may appear after the first haircut "under zero" or short. The outer hair dies, and in its place the undercoat actively begins to grow. As a result, there is no place left for growing a new guard hair. The structure of the dog's coat changes.
Wool can start to grow in uneven patches, somewhere it will stop altogether. �The health of your pets is in your hands!
