Cherry Groom Room Policy

*To cancel or reschedule your appointment, I must be contacted 24 hours prior to the appointment day.

*Failure to provide me with 24 hours notice a 15€ cancellation fee will be charged

*No shows will also incur 20€ No show charge

What happens if I'm late to collect my dog from their grooming appointment?

If you are running late to collect your dog please let us know! We will obviously take good care of your dog while we wait for you to return but in the event you are more than half an hour late there will be a charge applied (10€ fee)

As I run by appointment, please ensure you are on time (please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes before appointment). Every minute you are late is one less minute i have to groom your dog. I cannot take dogs that arrive more than 10 minutes late to the appointment, as i only need to run on time for all clients – the no-show fee will apply.
