FLEA ALERT 🚨

Please check your dogs/animals to keep
them up to date with there flea treatment 🙏

I’ve seen a rise with dogs with fleas and best to avoid.

A product called “Spot on” purchased from your local vet, pet shop etc.

Usual distribution goes by weight of animal. Make space at the back of neck where skin is visible and squeeze the spot on in place as it will go into the blood stream and prevent fleas also a tablet version out (haven’t tried this personally)

All Spot on products are different how regularly to get them touched up again so please follow up to keep them flea free.

There is also a flea shampoo which can kill up to 99% which gives time to use spot on after and deep clean/wash blankets/beds etc.

I cannot believe I’m reading this, people have failed these dogs and now they have to pay it with there lives

Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown Council have confirmed that all dogs within the Restricted Breed category ( Shepherds, Staffies, American Pitbulls etc ) that enter the Dublin County Dog Shelter within their jurisdiction will be euthanised / killed within 5 days.

These dogs will not be eligible for rehoming or allowed to go to a Rescue Organisation.
WE DEMAND TO KNOW WHO HAS STOOD BY THIS AND HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS STATEMENT 🤬🤬🤬🤬

This email was sent from Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown Council to a Dublin Rescue. 🤬

The staff on the ground of the Dublin County Pound (Shelter) work tirelessly to care for and rehome the dogs in their care are horrified and so upset.
This new policy is being imposed only by Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown Council.

I can’t believe I’m saying this.. 9 years!!!! Through a lot of laughter and tears we’re still here and loving what I do! Biggest leap from a hairdresser and a love of dogs and a dream to work with them!

A friendly grateful reminder to all my regulars ❤️

Please book in advance (We can work out how many weeks is best suited for there next groom which keeps them maintained, time and day that suits you)

Avoid the disappointment/panic and looking to “Squeeze in”. Many of you book in advance and I work Wednesday to Saturday there is a very low chance of last minute availability.

I only have two hands (grateful for them ) but also need understanding and respect for my work/time from others ❤️

I’m no longer taking new Clients and so grateful to have my wonderful customers to keep me busy. I know all my doggies coming in, know there likes, dislikes and really have a great relationship with them and the humans of course 😉

Any new customers, I have great groomie colleagues I can help advise would be most suitable for your dog, location etc.

Avoid the disappointment and panic looking for a time and date especially weekends by pre booking.

We are open Wednesday to Saturday

Limited appointments available

Schedule what day, time suits you best every 4,6,8,10 weeks all depending breed of dog, length of coat desired, home care etc

If you need help figuring out how often your dog needs to be groomed with us feel free to get in touch.
