From then to now.. what a ten years it has been!

Not just marking a decade in business, but celebrating a decade of incredible patients, loyal clients, puppy cuddles, kitten kisses. It’s been ten years of shared tears of joy and of sorrow. Ten years of unforgettable memories forged with our fantastic staff both former and present, and cherished friendships that will withstand the test of time.
We are eternally grateful to everyone who has played a part in building EVC to what it is today, whether by entrusting us with your pets or being a part of our dedicated team.
Here’s to many more anniversaries to come! 💙💛

This lovely chap was found wandering in Barefield this afternoon. He’s an unneutered male, has a microchip but unfortunately not registered. He also is wearing what appears to be a radio fence collar so looks like he has strayed out of someone’s garden. He’s very friendly and keen to get home.
If you own him or know who does please contact us on 065-6797444. Proof of ownership required.

💛Reunited!💛

This very friendly little boy wandered up to the door of the clinic by himself this evening around 7.30, so we have given him a warm bed and some food for the night. ❤️
He is very friendly and good natured, a right little charmer! He seems to be a young adult, maybe around 1-2 years old. Unfortunately he is not microchipped and has no collar or name tag.
If you own him or have any information about who does, please contact the clinic on 065-6797444 or email [email protected] as he is very keen to get home! 🐶
Proof of ownership required.

💉The importance of vaccinations🐕🐈

One of the cornerstones of pet care is routine annual vaccines. These prevent serious, sometimes fatal, diseases in our beloved furry friends.
🐕 For dogs these start between 6-8 weeks with a second booster 2-4 weeks later. Following this, yearly vaccines will help protect your pet for life.
These vaccines prevent diseases such as :
🦠 Parvovirus
🦠Distemper
🦠 Hepatitis
🦠 Parainfluenza
🦠 Leptospirosis
🦠 Kennel cough

🐈 For cats, vaccines start between 8-10 weeks with a second booster 3-4 weeks later. Likes with dogs, yearly vaccines help protect your pet over their lifetime.
Cats are vaccinated against :
🦠 Panleucopenia
🦠 Calicivirus (cat flu)
🦠Herpesvirus (cat flu)
🦠There is also the optional extra vaccine for feline leukaemia virus (FeLV)

💉 We also provide pre-travel rabies vaccines, as well as vaccinations for rabbits 🐇

✨ If your pet has lapsed on their yearly vaccinations, they may need to begin the primary course again.
Please contact us about special offers on restarting your pets vaccines!

✨REUNITED ❤️✨
A scared cat escaped from the boot of her owners car this morning, just outside the vet clinic. She is a brindle/tabby coloured cat with a pink/red collar and bell. If you find her please call the clinic immediatly on 065-6797444. She is a friendly cat so if you can contain her or bring her to the clinic we would very much appreciate it. Hoping for the safe and speedy return of whiskers 👏

😿 Missing Cat 🖤
Have you seen Jack? He has been missing since February 8th in the Clon Road area. He is neutered and microchipped, and his owners are devastated that he hasn’t returned home yet.
He is very friendly and quiet, the tag he is wearing in this picture is now missing.
If anyone in the area could check any sheds or outbuildings in their gardens in case he has gotten lost or locked in it would be much appreciated.
Please get in touch with us if you have seen Jack 🖤

🐾A special appeal for one of our patients🐾

Smudgy, aged six, is in search of a foster home until July this year.

He is a very affectionate cat and would need a quiet home with no dogs. He has a skin condition and pulls his hair out. This is being treated with immunotherapy, which comes in a vial and needs to be administered once a month.

Ideally, I would like to come visit him while he is in foster care, and can help with the shot if needed. Other than his skin, he is very healthy and playful. He loves to curl up on laps and sleep for hours. He never bites, scratches or hisses and is very gentle with people.

As Smudgy will be moving again in July, the temporary arrangement would be to keep him indoors.

💕 if any of you can help out please contact the clinic on 065-6797444 or email us on [email protected] 💕
