We had some time left over for rubs and cuddles. My favourite part 🥰

Daema has some matting on his ears this time so they are thinner than usual but hair will always grow back. It suits him either way.

Local Charlie had a full groom this week. He, like many dogs does not like his front legs handled so we do what he allows on the day and he pops down another day to do any reshaping needed. This is less stress and no force for Charlie and as he is local does not cause inconvenience for his Mommy.

My Story

I have always been passionate about dogs and animals in general. I have 2 of my own doggies and 1 cat. I am currently building my dream of working professionally with animals one paw at a time ;) I am a registered and Insured home Dog Groomer. I also offer Pet Sitting and Dog Walking in the Galway City area. I trained in Galway and took extra classes online. I attend grooming seminars to upskill and keep learning and I also take regular online courses to boost my knowledge. I groom all ages and all sized dogs except for extra large dogs. I want your pet’s grooming experience to be a positive one so I am proud to declare myself as a ‘force free dog groomer’. In August 2018 I launched a range of grain free dog and cat food. I am very proud to be a supplier of this healthy kibble. It contains no additives, colours or preservatives and has Omega 3 for healthy skin and nails. This grain-free range is excellent for dogs with intolerances or sensitivities.

I also stock a range of pet supplies on my Grooming Shack from bows to collars to seat belt clips. I shop local as much as possible and my products are affordable and durable.
