UPDATE
A massive thank you goes out to everybody who offered help.
The kittens are currently feeding from a nursing foster mother and she has accepted them.
If she decides to subsequently reject them we will contact the next person with a nursing mother and so on in the hope of saving the lives of these poor little orphans.

ORIGINAL POST
This is an urgent appeal for help.
2 of the 3 rescued kittens (only two weeks old) are refusing bottle feeding and are in grave danger of dying.
If anybody with a nursing mother cat can help by fostering the 2 kittens immediately we'll be extremely grateful.
We've already received one offer of help which we've gratefully accepted but there's no guarantee the nursing mother will accept the kittens.
We welcome all other offers of help, just message us please with your name and we'll get back to you.

On Tuesday, a recently rescued mare gave birth to a healthy filly foal in ISPCA care.

Hi all.

Renovation work is being carried out in roscommon dog shelter.

We are currently full to capacity.

All visits are strictly by appointment only until further notice. Please call 090 6662992

Please be aware we are working off limited spaces at the moment also.

Strays are our main focus during renovation works.

Anybody looking to surrender please do your best to rehome your own dogs. This is your responsibility as a dog owner.

Tieing dogs up at shelter is very stressful for both dogs and workers.

2 days in a row I've had collie dogs dumped outside. This is not fair on any person and especially cruel to any animal.

I've never refused a phone call during shelter hours. If for some reason I can't accept a dog in its for a very valid reason.

This little surrendered family needs help from one of Ireland's wonderful dog rescues, and we are hoping against hope that one of them will have space for them 🥰🥰🥰

We don't know any of their their names, but this young mother is down on her luck and she now needs some help to ensure that her future and that of her beautiful babies is as bright and beautiful as they are. She has done a fantastic job raising her family so far, but their futures are now entirely in the hands of humans...

Mum has shown no aggression whatsoever at the Pound (plenty of giddiness mind you!), and both babies are friendly, bouncy healthy pups who have received their first vaccination, been microchipped, and started their worm treatment.
