🚨 PLAZA MARKET CANCELLED THIS WEEKEND 🚨

Unfortunately due to weather conditions overnight and to ensure the safety of stall holders and visitors alike, the market has been cancelled for both Saturday and Sunday. 🥲

This year, the Christmas market has been some of the best market days I’ve had so it’s sad for this to happen but of course safety is paramount!!

What a way to round off my walking year with the one and only Klaus, my last walk of 2024.

After some much needed rest, I’ll be back walking again from the 6th January with a new schedule, bigger group walks and plenty more exciting things to come!

OUT OF OFFICE from 24th - 28th October! 🐶🐾

I’m taking a little short break from tomorrow until Monday to rest and prepare for the coming hectic Christmas season on the horizon! Back delivering again on Tuesday 29th.

During this period, website orders will be accepted but won’t be delivered until I return. Tomorrow early morning will be the final time for delivery before I leave so get your orders in today if there’s anything you think you’ll need! All subscriptions within this period will also be delivered tomorrow morning.

Many of you are already aware but for those that aren’t, walks will also not be taking place and will resume on Wednesday 30th. Time to rest my legs 😂😴

I’m sure most are aware but to keep spreading the word, volunteers have been in touch with me to let me know that there are now 3 SEAL PUPS spread across the north beach and north beach cove 🦭

They’ve asked for all walkers, with or without dogs, on lead or off lead, to avoid these beaches for the moment and for up to 5 weeks to give the pups time to feed from their mommas in peace. Unfortunately what can happen is seals can abandon their pups if they’re frightened or feel unsafe. People taking photos or people and dogs getting too close can cause this and we’ve seen signs of it happening over the past few days!

I’m on the north beach almost every day worth my dog groups but I’ll be finding alternative walks such as Kindlestown woods, the south beach or even the local dog parks to keep the seal pups safe and I encourage everyone to do the same!

Now that’s a pretty picture 😍🐶📸

A group full of 6 big, beautiful characters!

With any group walks, I always make sure to spend time one on one with dogs before I introduce them into group walking. It gives us a chance to get to know each other and to gain confidence in each other! Then we can assess groups that I take to see what suits them and their character!

This group for example are all super comfortable and confident with me, are motivated by play and absolutely adore a run on the beach!
