STF team driving 400mm square piles to 12.5 meters for a new road project at Nowy Korczyn, close to Krakow, Poland, around a month ago - and at that time, in hot temperatures ☀️ For the project, they utilized their Junttan PMx22 pile driver with a 6-ton HHK hammer. Looking great!

Following on from Conway Piling’s previous introduction of the 1st 6ton Hydraulic Accelerated Hammer on a leader ring in Ireland - Junttan PMx22, we are now installing 400mm x 400mm sq precast concrete piles of which will allow increased Safe Working design loads achieved on this type of pile.
Pile installation here is for one of our ongoing clients Glenveagh Homes.

"Protecting Irelands Coastline" Our final project of 2020, we carried out installation of Vinyl Sheet Piles to protect a property which was in danger of eroding away. Block boundary wall was taken away and replaced with Vinyl Sheet Piles installed to 3500mm below ground and finishing at a height of 1500mm above ground and "capped" to replace boundary wall.

Conway Piling were contracted in to supply and install 21No 220mm dia steel tube mini piles to max depths achieved on site. This new build is in Knockvicar, Co. Roscommon. Mini piling works were done by our Hanex machine.

Conway Piling were contracted in by Owen Dervin & Sons to supply and install 11No 150mm dia and also 11No 220mm dia bottom driven steel tube mini piles to max depths achieved on site. These mini piling works were carried out by out Hanex mini piling rig.

Conway Piling were contracted in by Conack Construction for the piling works for Lidl extension in Castletroy. There was both mini piling and precast piling on site Conway Piling supplied and install 27No 320mm sq x 320mm sq precast concrete piles to max depths achieved on site. Along with 26No 220mm dia bottom driven steel tube mini piles to max depths achieved on site. Our PM20 Junttan rig was on site for the precast piling, along with out Hanex for the mini piling works.
