Meet Cookie, a sweet Westie with a heart full of love and some skin challenges to tackle! 🐶💕

Cookie came to us with some skin issues that flared up. After sending her biopsy to the lab, we discovered moderate dermatitis, along with increased numbers of mast cells and eosinophils in some areas. This suggests an underlying allergy or sensitivity. There’s also signs of long-term inflammation in her skin.

On top of this, Cookie also has a separate condition called megacolon, which we found incidentally during her exams.

Both conditions are being treated with care, and we’re committed to keeping Cookie comfortable and happy ❤
