OPEN DAY - THANK YOU.
On behalf of all of us here at the shelter, we'd like to thank one and all for supporting our Open Day; whether you volunteered before or after the event, whether you spent your money at the stalls, whether you helped with our animals, whether you donated items,we thank each & everyone of you. *Foster homes found*
These beautiful little dogs were found in the Monasterevin area 3 weeks ago. Both heavily pregnant with one due to give birth in the next 10 days. The finder will keep both dogs and have them neutered. However he is not in a position to care for a mother and puppies at this time. A Foster home, a shelter space or owner is urgently needed in the next few days.

Thank you to all who have donated to our Open Day. We are no longer taking any more donations due to lack of storage space. However we would welcome homemade breads, scones, cakes, jams etc on the day as our cake stall always sells out. Thank you for understanding.

Marina is still waiting🤞🥲

Marina is a Saluki lurcher cross. She is roughly 7 years old. Marina is a gentle dog who loves company. She is great on the lead and loves to chill out on her bed. Marina must be in a one dog only home that does not have any cats.

This small cat has been in the Fair Green, Kildare Town area for around 2.5 to 3 weeks. She is very friendly and it would seem she is used to living or at least entering a house as she is not shy about trying to get in even though I have a dog. She has four white socks & a black face with beautiful white whiskers. Pretty little thing. Phone number is 0868131065

Our beautiful Rea is only 8 months old.. She is very gentle and smart. She is lively now but that is to be expected of a puppy. When she gets older her labrador genes will kick in and she will be a joy to live with. She should not be here ..... she has done no wrong.

We have all these beautiful souls and more looking for homes. Visiting is 2-4 every day including weekends.

Our Most Fearsome Feral........Finally we get to touch him. I think Norman just felt pity on us trying so hard for so long.

Thankfully the rain stayed away!!

Erin

Erin was found roaming the streets in Kildare. She is around one year old. She is very friendly and loves company. Volunteers Needed for a couple of hours on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday mornings. We need people to help existing volunteers to work with dogs from 9am to 11am or 10am to 12noon. Shannie finally found peace and happiness with Grace and Mike. Rejected because she was too frightened to work as a farm dog. She has found a purpose and feels safe helping out around her home with the company of other animals. Our prayers for her were answered. Video shows Shannie enjoying her best life with Grace and family and helping with the daily chores.
