Flamin Nora where has the day gone 🤷‍♂️ chasing my tail today but no surprise it is Monday after all 👍🏻 that also means we have 3 newbies in for residential training so let’s get you lot acquainted 🤗
Bud a border collie is approx 1.5yrs 🐾
Cooper the Cockapoo is 4yrs 🐾
Bailey the cavapoo is approx 3.5yrs 🐾
All mingled and getting along just fine and dandy, now let’s get at it 🐾💕

Rocky arrived like a whirlwind through the door for his 121 training session 🌪️ this guy is just full of beans and wants to be everyone’s friend 💕 we built up the communication so he could start to figure things out for himself 👍🏻 didn’t take him long to get his default sit and some nice simple recalls 🤗 personal space exercises 👍🏻 he’s a great dog with a great future and great family 🐾💕

Great week here for Bronte 👍🏻 he’s come on leaps and bounds but all in the right direction 🤗 here’s a video of him behaving impeccably in the park when other dogs approached 🐾💕

When Ripley arrived on Monday she was highly reactive to other dogs and Betty was grumpy around food 🤷‍♂️ our work is starting to pay off now 👍🏻 nice play behaviour from both and later we’ll put up close proximity food work 🐾 Train don’t Restrain 🐾💕

I’ve been considering getting a lasting memento for my late dogs Jess, Daisy, Foxy, and Sam, but I haven’t done anything about it yet. I’m not into tattoos and have never wanted one, but when I saw this 👍🏻, with each paw print representing one of them, it really resonated with me. Always with you 💕

Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting little 13 week old Brooke 💕 her owner is a friend who I helped many years ago when her dog was having a few difficulties understanding the world 🐾 I was so privileged that when my friend picked up Brooke she drove straight to me 🤗 we’ll be seeing Brooke over the coming weeks months and years to come so please give her a like and welcome her to the world 🐾💕

This week we have four absolute beauties in for residential training 👍🏻 all with their own issues to deal with and each about as cute as the other but I think you’ll all agree little Belle is by far the cutest 💕
Belle a Maltese cross is 2yrs old 🐾
Paddy a border terrier is 1yr old 🐾
Polly a cavapoo is approx 3yrs old 🐾
Jake a terrier x is approx 4yrs old 🐾
We’ve settled them all in and mixed the lot of them with my two Q & A 👍🏻 let’s hit the ground running 🐾💕

Remi came to me this week for a 121 session 👍🏻 he’s a bit of a lost soul and has been through the mill 😞 he was scared nervous anxious and stressed and exuded all the behaviours that go with that 🐾 gave him half an hour to settle in then began building lots of trust points in the bank 🏦 lots of body language communication between us made him feel much more comfortable 👍🏻 by the end of the session he was willingly coming to me 👍🏻 walking relatively good on the lead and a lot less scared 😟 still lots of work to do with him but in a couple of months he’ll be an amazing companion 🤗 He’s just gorgeous 🐾💕

Meet Remi 👋🏻 she’s a 3 year old GSD who came for a 121 session to help build her confidence while out on walks 👍🏻 her owner is an absolutely amazing person and just needed some guidance on how best to communicate with his dog 🐕 she is already phenomenal at her control work so we just helped to tweak the owners mechanics so both dog and owner are reading off the same page 👍🏻 what a gal 🐾💕

Look at this handsome lady that came for a 121 training session 💕 Ripley had a few communication problems with her owner so Houch to the rescue 👍🏻 built her confidence and trust levels with new communication 🐕 apply that to several basic behaviours 🐾 make her feel comfortable in her choices and reward her appropriately 👍🏻 amazing dog and fantastic 121 session 🐾💕

We’ve had a crazy bonkers busy day here today 🤷‍♂️ first day back after my holiday and I brought the good weather back with me ☀️ I think I’ve gotten to most texts emails and messages since I’ve been away but if I’ve missed yours please give me a prod 👍🏻 this weeks residential dogs for training are

And that’s a wrap 🏖️ I’m away on holidays and back Monday 10th June 👍🏻 it’s been a tough year so far and need a rest to recharge my batteries 😊
