🟣 Any collar receiver worn for extended periods can cause a condition similar to bedsores. Bedsores, also known as pressure ulcers, develop when an area of the skin and underlying tissue is under constant pressure.

🟪 Make sure the dog’s collar is fitted correctly and wash the dog’s neck area weekly keeping the skin clean and dry thereafter.

🟣 Check a dog's neck regularly for any signs of irritation from the collar. Just like humans, dogs can also develop allergies.

※ It's not just a case of putting on the collar and expecting the dog to respond. Use the dummy collar to get your dog used to the e-collar first. Make a game of it, put it on in the house, in the garden, and when you go for a walk. Then, when your dog is used to the dummy collar, swap to the PAC collar, and go from there.

📢 Yelling at a barking dog to get them to stop can sometimes just make them more excited!

『"』With our first English Springer Spaniel, Ozzy, our off-leash walks were becoming less frequent because he would often 𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟, 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐬 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲. Purchasing a PAC training collar made a huge difference. Once we were taught how to use it, he responded immediately, and off-leash walks became enjoyable.

Our second Spaniel, Macs, was trained with the collar right away, and 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜. We live in a remote area surrounded by farmland. Even if he is far away on the other side of a field, I can call him back.

Interesting statistics on sheep worrying in Ireland over the past few years show that attacks are increasing ⬆️ after a period of decline ⬇️

We urged dog owners to be aware of their responsibilities and the potential risk of harm to sheep during lambing season 🐑

The spring lambing season is an exciting time for farmers and a beautiful sight to behold as we watch and enjoy lambs dance around fields.

But it also means the fields and countryside around us will be full of vulnerable newborns. For some dogs, this time of year represents a new world of exciting smells to chase and hunt down.

But some dogs will not chase, hunt, or kill these innocent animals. Because they have been responsibly and humanely trained with an e-collar to ignore other animals and pay attention to their owner when called.

This habit becomes so ingrained that even when their owner is not around, the temptation to give chase is not there due to the e-collar training.

We urge all dog owners to be responsible and ensure that their dogs do not pose a threat or danger to other animals or people's livelihoods.

Put your e-collar on your dog and proceed to do some normal things around the kitchen. When your dog gets his paws or nose on the counter, give a continuous correction for a few seconds with no command until your dog gets down. Each time your dog does this behaviour, give the correction with no command. Soon your dog associates the correction with the counter surfing and will stop.
