At Longford Animal Health Centre, we’re proud to continue offering top-quality care for your beloved pets. Our Grooming Room is open and ready to keep your furry companions looking and feeling their best throughout the summer.

Treat your dog or cat to a wash, cut & blow dry, a full pampering session they’ll love (or at least look great after! 😄). Whether your pet is calm and confident or a little nervous, we’ve got them covered.

Our grooming service is fully supported by our vets and nursing team, so if your pet requires sedation or any special attention, we can ensure they’re safe and comfortable. Plus, any health concerns can be checked and treated on the spot.

We are currently conducting the Targeted Advisory Service on Animal Health (TASAH) programme in conjunction with Animal Health Ireland.

As part of good farm management and parasite control protocols for cattle sheep & horses, we recommend collecting a faecal sample prior to dosing. This allows us to analyse the worm burden and assess the parasite levels in your animals. We can analyse the sample in our in house laboratory & have results within a few hours.

Our veterinary team will be happy to discuss the results in detail and advise on appropriate dosing based on the findings.

This proactive approach helps ensure effective treatment and supports responsible anthelmintic use on your farm.
