The session will be moderated by Rory Breathnach, Clinical Director at UCD Veterinary Hospital and will cover topics including vaccinations, worming, common illnesses and more - all the important areas of care that you need to be aware of to ensure your dog is living his/her best life. Include but not limited to:
Answering calls from external sales team and customers.
Processing sales orders on Sage 200 Professional operating system.
Taking messages and handling customer queries

Skills required:
Must have an ability to work in a challenging fast paced sales operation
Comfortable in a target driven environment.
Excellent phone manner and attention to detail
A willingness and desire to learn and over-achieve.
Competent in Microsoft applications, excel and word.
Previous experience:
Veterinary/medicine background desirable
Internal sales administrative experience, taking calls and order processing.
Customer focused
