New addition to Lehinch Lanarks - 2.2k Devine! Purchased last night at the South Of Ireland Lanark Sheep Breeders premier sale in Roscommon. A son of 10k Elmscleugh. Purchased from our good friends in Mask View Flock. Delighted to add him to the flock.

It is with a heavy heart we announce that after 35 years of breeding Pedigree Texel sheep in Lehinch this will be our final. Work, family and sport commitments has resulted in the time available to give towards the breed that has given us so much has to be cut down.

This breed has given our family some of our best days. Heights of two Premier sale Champions in 98 & 12, Female Premier champion in 97 along with a number of prizes at All Irelands and local shows. We have made so many life long friendships throughout the years and these will continue as always.

We plan on dispersing the flock privately from now onwards and would be happy to facilitate anyone interested in viewing any females. All females grass fed only out of some of the top rams in the breed.

We would like to thank everyone in the Irish Texel Sheep Society for their support over the years and to our many different buyers nationally and locally for their continued support.

We look forward to catching up with everyone as the Show and Sales seasons continue.

Lanark lambs rounded up for a weight recording, mineral & worm dose aswell as vaccines over the weekend. Very happy with their progress to date. All lambs are data recorded with Sheep Ireland ✅

One of our ewe lambs out of the Knap ewe purchased last year and Larahirl Green Machine our 3K purchase in Blessington last year. Excited to see how she keep progressing. Parents in the comments.
