As a small business, i greatly value each appointment and the time we set aside for our clients. Unfortunately, when appointments are made and then canceled last minute or simply not attended, it affects my ability to operate efficiently and serve others who may have needed that time slot.
To ensure that I can continue to provide quality service, i have a cancellation policy in place. I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with adequate notice. This policy helps cover the time and resources that were prepared for your appointment and allows myself to offer that slot to another client.
