Cancellation policy:
An appointment may be cancelled 48 hours before the specified date without any fee.
24 hours cancellation - 50% of grooming cost.
‘No show’ - 100% of grooming cost.

Due to unfortunate circumstances that are out of my control, I would like to give my sincerest apologies to everyone who had their dog grooming appointment cancelled during this very much awaited festive season.
