The Good Life Boarding Kennels We are a family run boarding kennels and can cater for up to 10 clients at any given time. Your pet's welfare is our primary concern!

We only board dogs with a vet vaccination cert and up to date vaccines, namely kennel cough and 7 in 1 booster. Ensuring that they are comfortable, well exercised, have a good diet and are safe and secure during their stay with us is of the utmost importance to us. We actively encourage people to view the kennels and meet us prior to boarding dogs with us. We would be happy to show you around, answer any questions and address any concerns.

Agus sin é ... today we're pulling the plug on The Good Life Kennels after almost 15yrs . Its been our pleasure n privilege to have been trusted to look after your furbabies all these yrs but its time to change things up a bit. In 4 yrs time Fiachra will be gone from the nest n I'll be wishing I had more time to hang out with him away from here - needs must n all that jazz.
We will miss the kennels, the soundest customers any business could wish for n and the (mostly) beautiful furbabies.
Thank you all for the support over the yrs , thru recession , covid n all the ups n downs life throws at us .
Sending my love n gratitude to u all , you've made being a stay-at-home Da possible for me n I wouldn't change that for all the salt in the sea.
Massif thank u to my nearest n dearest, too many to name but u know who u are n I appreciate u .
Look after yourselves n give your furbabies a big hug from The Good Life Gang n in the words of the famous philosopher Vinny Jones -

Ho Ho Holy s**t its Christmas eve ... Santa, looking splendiferous in a very fetching vibrant red 2 piece, just arrived at the kennels to hook up the furbabies with some goodies .. hes asked us to bring a couple of things to everyone's attention. Firstly , no lumps of coal this yr if you've been naughty coz of Roderick O Gormless &
FGonbicycles carbon taxes make it financially unsustainable. Santa will be leaving a handful of environmentally friendly wood pellets shipped in from Brazil in place of the coal . Secondly , due to Santa & Mrs Claus signing up to the nitrates derogation they've sadly had to euthanize blitzen n v***n so you can leave a little less food out for the remaining reindeers. Hes stalling here for a quick cuppa n then coming to a chimney near u v v soon so time to get all chislers, whipper snappers n street urchins off to the leaba asap . Oiche maith agus nollaig shona daoibh

Santa Claus lookin resplendent in a vibrant red outfit trimmed in faux artic fox fur and rounded off with Ox blood Docs (v punk !!) has just landed at the Good Life to drop off some goodies for the furbabies . He asks please dont leave out any venison sambos this yr , Doner n Blitzen are identifying as red deer and are finding the idea of Mr Claus tucking into irish wild deer sambos more than a little objectionable ... he has some more kennels to visit n then hes coming to a chimney near you ... get your skates on ( and pyjamas !!) and get to bed as quickly as is humanly possible or you'll be gettin a piece of a broken solar panel for a pressie (no more lumps of coal thanks to the Green party!) ... ho ho ho and a very merry Christmas to all ❤🐕🎄🎅😘
