We travelled all the way to The North of England Scottish Terrier Breed Club Championship Show on the weekend where our Bonnie won the Bitch CC & Res Best in Show. To win at a breed specialty show in the UK under a breed specialist judge in a big entry is an absolute dream come true for any show kennel. Bonnie is groomed by Karen

Hi everyone, it's been great seeing my regulars back over the past couple of weeks. I am taking appointments part time on weekend mornings for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately I can only take my regulars
Clients kept in good coat condition as unfortunately it doesn't pay me to shave severely matted coats. It actually costs my business money as equipment has to be serviced and sent away to be resharpened or replaced after, this is sadly an expense I can't afford to incur only working on a part time basis and I'm also under time constraints with less appointments available. Baby Anna would like to thank you all for your well wishes over the past 12 weeks. ❤️

My husband Chris and I would like to thank my wonderful clients that have been so loyal and supportive over the past few months and for the beautiful gifts. I have officially hung up my scissors to have a little rest before Baby Aiken arrives very soon. The first half of my pregnancy was extremely difficult as I suffered with Hyperemesis. I continued to work right through it despite being so sick as I didn't want to let anyone down and so a little me time over the next two weeks is very much needed. I will try not to keep you waiting too long and will be in touch to schedule appointments again but I have been looking forward to becoming a mammy for as long as I can remember and I want to enjoy this special time with my family. In the meantime don't forget that a steel comb is the best tool for keeping your babies mat free until I'm back in action.Love Karen x

Hi everyone, I'm back to work tomorrow after a lovely much needed few days away being pampered on my Babymoon. I sadly had some no shows last week and unfortunately it was too short notice to call anyone on the cancellation list. It's no problem if you can't make your appointment but please just kindly let me know in advance as I have people waiting for appointments before I finish up next week. Although we Qualified & Entered Bonnie for Crufts this year, we were unable to travel over with all we have happening here. We would like to wish all of our dog friends the very best of luck over the next few days. Looking forward to watching it on TV this year a little more relaxed 😌

Dear Customers, it would be greatly appreciated and preferred if anyone with Revolut could send their deposit through this rather than the online system due to increasing service charges.If you cannot do this, the online system is fine. Some of my regular clients have also opted for a rolling deposit to save paying everytime which is another option. Many thanks, Karen

The busiest week here. On Monday we ventured down to Killarney to Judge at the championship dog show on Tuesday. Back up the road Tuesday night for a fully booked salon for the rest of the week. After work on Friday I groomed my own two dogs and at 3am headed back down to Tralee for the show on Saturday. It was well worth it as we made our poodle into an Irish Champion. She also won 4th in Group 9. Our Scottie won Best of Breed and 2nd in Group 3. Fantastic day for our team. Enjoying a well earned rest today before back to a very busy week at work.
