Small private dog boarding in County Limerick

We are a small boarding kennel with a personal touch.
Your family member receives three walks a day in our private field plus several shorter walks for toilet breaks and play times.
We have indoor kennels which are part of the house and outdoor kennels for those who would normally live outside the house when at home.
Your family members have their own personal space so can chill away from other guests if they prefer that, for those who want to be sociable they at your request can walk and play with our own dogs.
We are fully insured and have decades of experience with dogs.

We are closing the doors at 1pm today until 9 am on the 27th so that we can enjoy Christmas 🎅 with our own dogs and the guests we have staying for Christmas. ( We also need to go and buy the Christmas dinner this afternoon. Lol)

We have a hydro bath in our grooming room so your dog can enjoy a spa day when here if required.

A day in the life of dogs in our care.

First thing in the morning they are popped on the lead and taken for a toilet break.

Breakfast is then served.

A rest period is then observed before the first walk of the day. Dogs should never be exercised straight after eating as that can cause bloat.

Lunchtime is walk time again and a second run around the field is enjoyed. Dogs are walked alone or with the dogs they have come with unless you as their owner is happy for them to walk with Dave and Millie our two Jacks.

An afternoon snooze 💤 after playing in the field is usually welcome and most dogs relax well.

Teatime walk then takes place and is followed by another rest period before tea is served ( Tea is never given less than a hour after walking)

Late in the evening we do what we call bedtime wee’s and your family member/s is popped on the lead to do toilets before going to bed for the night.

They also have lots of interaction throughout the day, we find with all this outside activities it’s rare for them to mess in their kennel run, Gary can often be found in the kennel having cuddles.

The service we offer is a time consuming one and why we set our prices on a per day basis rather than per night, we look after your family member how we would like our dogs looked after when we go away.
