Can’t say we didn’t warn them… Jangle was hurt yesterday after their antics of riding around the hospital on our doggies 🙄 But not to worry Jingle is right there to bandage his friend up, along with an injection of some pain meds ☺️❤️🩺

Jangle decided he’d like to help Hannah, our Physical Therapist, during her laser treatment clinic with Fred today. Laser therapy is great in the treatment of osteoarthritis as well as a whole heap of other injuries and conditions ❤️

It appears Jingle wanted to try his hand at operating this morning 😮 ….although he won’t tell us what this surgery is even for.. Removal of a candy cane blockage perhaps? 🤔🍬🎄

Our wonderful nurses are making sure to keep a close eye on Jangle during his post operative recovery, have him fighting fit before he has to return to Santa on Christmas Eve ❤️🎅🏼🎄

Calling anyone with a spare room!
We have a 3rd veterinary nursing student starting with us next Monday. She is from Donegal and is looking for local accommodation for the dates Sept 18th till Oct 28th. She will be in work with us Monday - Fridays 9am -6pm and will be travelling home to Donegal every weekend to her part time job.

She does not drive so would need to be within walking distance of the practice.

***Foster Home Found ❤️***
Meet Bingo. Bingo is currently under our care after having gone through extensive surgery to correct a birth defect.
After numerous appeals he has failed to have anyone volunteer to foster him leaving poor Bingo with us for weeks now without the freedom and one on one time he deserves.

We are appealing to anyone who thinks they could foster Bingo ASAP to send us a message.

He’s a very good boy but is very strong, high energy and playful. He’s good with other dogs but again is very playful so would be best other young high energy dogs.

Please keep your pets inside during this hot weather.
Unfortunately we have already had a number of heat stroke cases come through our doors, it is a life threatening but easily avoided illness.

We all have to remember our furry friends are walking around with a furry coat at all times, while we can take off layers to keep ourselves cool, they cannot 💔

We ask everyone to please keep their pets indoors, in cool areas. Only bring pets for walks very early in the morning or late at night. Give your pets access to fresh water at all times and watch out for signs of heat stroke.
