The absolutely gorgeous Cooper in for his first ever groom. His mother Julie has done an incredible job introducing him to at home grooming, not a knot to be seen and he was as cool as a breeze for the entire appointment ❤️🐶

As we come into the busiest time of year for all, i first want to say thank you so much for your custom, it’s our 4th sold out Christmas in a row 😍

I want to remind all customers to be on time for appointments collection. Please note lateness (without a courtesy call or advanced noticed where we can still take them) will result in us being unable to take your dog, it’s just too busy and this year I promised myself I won’t burn out myself or Matthew.

Collection times will be given in the salon OR a message sent with at the last 30 minutes of the groom and must be adhered to. We are fully booked and cannot accommodate any extra dogs in the salon outside their slots. We sadly don’t provide a daycare service. Late collection will be charged for. While 99% of people are amazing, you’d be surprised who heads off for the Christmas shopping and forgets about poor fluffy 😂😂.

Our books are currently full and we’re not able to take new clients at the moment. The online booking process will be turned off this week until 2025, so if anyone has forgotten please use the online link or send us a WhatsApp.
