Looking for a gift for a cat lover this Christmas?🎄
You could sponsor one of our long term cats like Garfield 🐈
When you sponsor a cat from our website you will receive a personalized Sponsorship Certificate, with your name and the details of the cat you want to help. If it is for a gift then we can personalize that too. Sponsorship costs 30 euro for 12 months.
If you would like to go ahead and sponsor one of our cats, please email us on [email protected] and let us know which cat you have chosen from all the cats below. Most of them live together in the Cats Aid Cattery, see the pictures below.
A Sponsorship Certificate would make a wonderful gift for a cat-loving friend, too. In order to cut down on postage fees and paper we will email your Certificate to you (or the recipient), once payment is received.
You can access our DONATE button on our website. Payments can be made via other methods rather than just debit or credit cards!
If you have any difficulties or queries please email us on [email protected]

Things are busy as usual behind the scenes in Cats' Aid. Here are some of our recent intakes, we are trying to get as many in out of the cold as we can ❤️
As always thank you to the kind members of the public for calling in and keeping these cats&kittens safe until we can get to them 🐾
These gorgeous little ones have come into our care, no sign of Mom, she is unfortunately presumed dead as there was a black cat runover nearby💔
Please remember to spay and neuter your cats and don't let them roam beforehand 🙏
*These kittens won't be available for adoption for awhile, they will need all their vet care completed first. If you wish to inquire about them please email [email protected]. Homecheck & adoption fee apply.
Another little family that has come into our care🥰
Adopt Me Thursday 🐾
Meet Fussy! ❤️
INDOOR ONLY HOME APPLICANTS PLEASE.
My name is Fussy and I am a two year old long-haired female. I am fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and litter trained. I am very shy and will require an experienced and patient new owner. To be honest it was discovered I am not a fan of male humans so I would prefer a female mammy.
As I am shy I will need to be kept in an indoor home only with no children and no other pets. I am a playful girl that loves to play fetch and play with scrunched up paper. I have great fun with the girls when I was initially living in a cattery.
When Cats Aid kindly took me in I had problems with my stomach so I would like to stay on the same food which is Royal Canin sensible 33 dry and Whiskas in jelly (or Sheba in jelly) as my stomach is doing really well on this food.
If you would like to give me my forever home contact cats aid by emailing them on [email protected]
*KITTEN FOOD APPEAL*
As kitten season fast approaches we are appealing for donations of kitten food, (whiskas kitten pouches in jelly specifically)🙏
We already have several litters in our care and these growing babies get through an awful lot of food fairly quickly 😅
Featured in the video is one such litter, these little ones came into our care when during a recent TNR untaking our vets discovered that one of the cats was producing milk and there must have been kittens somewhere. So a search began, all the kittens were thankfully located (up a tree of all places😳).
They weren't in the best condition, but now they are thriving and are having a great time slowly discovering the world in their new foster home ❤️🐾
If you would like to make a donation of kitten food please email us on [email protected]🙏 and as always thank you to all the great people who make our work possible
Woodie enjoying some entertainment while his foster Mum was working 🤣❤️ If you are interested in offering this guy a retirement home (please see our last post for criteria) then please email us at [email protected]
Update on Woodie🐾
Big thank you to Woodie's kind fosterer, and his vets for all his care so far, he's doing much better ❤️
So if anyone interested in adopting him and giving this little guy a retirement home- would have to be experienced home, only cat , indoor only as he is Felv and FIV postive and we don't want it passed on to other cats in the neighbourhood.
He is suffering from arthritis and on new injections and meds so medical expenses will be a consideration.
Obviously we don't know his background and don't know how long he will have but he deserves a forever home no matter how long he has it should be special for this gorgeous friendly guy❤️
