We provide support and education with compassion where and when needed in Co. Second Chance Animal Rescue Limited is a voluntary animal welfare group based in Shannon, Co. We have two catteries, one in Labasheeda and the other in Kilmurray McMahon. We need help with fundraising and getting homes for many of the cats, dogs, kittens and puppies that are unwanted or abused. We will try to help where

and when we can and in the case of wild cats, we practice a 'Trap Neuter and Release' policy. CHARITY NO: 17651

Second Chance Animal Rescue would like to thank the people of Shannon and Kilrush and surrounding areas for being so generous over the last 12 months, we are overwhelmed with the donations we have received, from the bottom of our hearts we thank you.
Also a special thanks to An Garda Siochana, Frankie Coote our County Dog warden for supporting us. Also the veterinary surgeons of Clare Also a hugh Thank you. To Our wonderful volunteers past and present and their families for their valuable time and energy you all do an amazing job day after day. Once again we say thank you to the Department of Agriculture.
As usual we will not be rehoming any animals over the Christmas period but we are open again in January.
