An itchy ear! This is a large polyp we removed from a cats ear today. She presented with a wound on her cheek from all the scratching .

Our vet student Emma getting to grips with a friendly Aberdeen Angus cow. In this case Emma was giving a mineral bolus containing iodine and copper. Iodine and copper deficiency causes infertility in cows.

CHICKEN BONES

This piece of chicken bone was embedded in a dogs cheek today, just to warn owners try to avoid feeding bones as the can cause obstruction in the mouth or anywhere along the digestive tract.
This dog was lucky he just needed a light sedation for the vet to remove the chicken bone from his cheek. He is up and around and on route home.
