🐾💔 Regrettable Price Increase Announcement 💔🐾

After 4 wonderful years of serving our furry friends without a price increase, we've made the tough decision to adjust our rates to continue providing the best care possible. We have weathered the storm of increased fuel costs, increased energy bills and now we have no choice but to do what we have to do 🙁We’ve carefully considered this change, and we believe this is the fairest option for everyone including ourselves, customers and team 🐾

🐾Daycare, grooming and walk rates will remain un changed at this time.

New Dog Hotel Rates (effective February 1st):

🐶 1 Dog:
- €40/night | €35/night for 10+ nights

🐶🐶 2 Dogs:
- €35/night each (€70 total) | €32/night each for 10+ nights (€64 total)

🐶🐶🐶 3 Dogs:
- €30/night each (€90 total) | €27/night each for 10+ nights (€81 total)

For 4+ dogs, please reach out for pricing.

🌧️ Important Update: Kloud 9 Dogz During Red Weather Warning 🌧️

As we prepare for the red weather warning this Friday, we want to ensure that our commitment to you and your dogs remains strong. We will honour the bookings in our Doggy Hotel and Daycare Centre. We understand that this weather can be concerning, but we will be keeping our doors open with caution and care for both our four-legged guests and our dedicated team. If you are unable to travel and need to cancel any bookings please let us know 🐾

Here’s what you need to know:

- Daycare Services: We will be offering daycare on Friday. Our team will be collecting dogs when it is safe to do so, ensuring they have a comfortable and secure environment during the storm.

- Walk Cancellations: For the safety of the dogs and our staff, we will be cancelling all dog walking services on Friday. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize everyone’s safety. If you wish to change your dogs booking from a walk to daycare at no additional cost please let us know 🐾

- Grooming Services: Our grooming services will continue to operate as normal. If you are running late for your appointment, that’s absolutely fine. Drive with care and arrive safe.

Our commitment to our customers and their dogs is paramount, and we will navigate this weather with the utmost caution. Our plan is subject to change. We will communicate any further adjustments as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
