Does your dog consider you as part of the pack? Every dog owner probably asks themselves this question. Surely dog can see that we don't have a tail it doesn't mean we can't be a pack member! 😊 I asked Uncle Google about it 😊. “Dogs often treat us as part of the pack. They rely on their human alphas to take care of them. If your dog does not see you as its alpha and ignores your commands, maybe you need professional training."

It is following us, giving the right of the way, showing feelings and expecting approval, accepting food control, giving a way, taking focus away when being subordinated, reducing stress in our presents. I would also add smacking when rewarding or stroking and bringing the muzzle closer to our face and trying to lick it. Sound familiar in the horse world? Do we teach anything else in the Relations block, i.e. L1-L3? But the horse also sees that we don't have a tail!!! 😊 Herd instinct and relations is something what should be much more present in horse training . :)
