We hope everyone is keeping safe during this current lockdown. As we are not able to provide in-person classes during this lockdown we have revamped our online options and are looking forward to getting started again. Starting this weekend we have the following options ranging from basic handling skills to some more fun and games to do together.

1. Remote Puppy Primer
Our Puppy Primer course is designed to introduce your puppy to learning and calm down behaviours so that we are then ready to get started with our Polite Puppy Foundations. In this course we cover the bare essentials that are needed for successful training. The remote version of this course is run as a group where we cover all the content together, make the session video available in your notes and ask you to submit short video snippets of your practice during the week so that we can help with any areas that you are struggling with.
- Starting Saturday 9th January 11am - 11:45am, 3 weeks long
- Topics covered: response to name, handling skills, introduce harnesses, brushing & grooming, introduction to recall, introduction to luring, calm down & chill out, puppy problems such as toileting, separation, nipping and biting

2. Training Webinars
We had a great time with our first two webinars in December, Luring Skills and Self Control. Based on the questions we get from you and issues that we come up against in classes we have designed the following three sessions to help to deal with a lot of the frustrations many of you are feeling at the moment.
- Sat 9th 12:30pm, Harnesses & Handling Skills, one hour, €15
- Sat 16th 12:30pm, Recall basics, one hour, €15
- Sat 23rd 12:30pm, Understanding your Canine Companion - Communication, €15
3. Remote Tricks Training & Handling Skills
Sometimes we can lose sight of the fact that spending time, and doing some training, with your dog should be enjoyable for you both. We don't need to only do formal exercises to build communication and interaction with your dog, we can build a lot of good training rapport with games and tricks. The following three sessions are designed to make you and your dog smile while working together. To do these sessions you should have basic luring skills.
- Sat 9th 2pm, Introduction to Clicker Training, €15
- Sat 16th 2pm, Leg Weaves and Swirls, €15
- Sat 23rd 2pm, Combining tricks, €15
4. Remote Private Classes
We will be running our private classes remotely for the month of January to fully comply with the guidelines. There are a number of offerings for anyone with issues that would like to get started before lockdown ends. There are slots available on Saturdays and Sundays to start on Saturday 9th or Sunday 17th.
Remote Puppy Consult
This is a standalone, one hour long session where we look at the basics of getting a new puppy and the typical problems that come with that. This includes biting, nipping, barking, crying, and toileting. This session costs €55
Remote Adult Obedience
This is a course run over three consecutive weeks. Because of the short duration of the course we will focus on one to two topics in depth throughout. These are basic obedience exercises, be it leash walking, recall, self control, or polite people greetings. This is not suitable for reactive dogs or anxious dogs. Please note that the course must be completed in three consecutive weeks. Due to the extremely high demand for classes at the moment we cannot postpone sessions, you must ensure that you are available for all three weeks. Cost €90
Remote Polite Puppy Foundations
Our remote Polite Puppy Foundations course is run over four consecutive weeks. In this course we introduce polite leash walking, the foundations of recall, build calm interactions and teach you and your pup to start to talk to each other more efficiently. This course is suitable for puppies up to 10 months of age. Please note that the course must be completed in four consecutive weeks. Due to the extremely high demand for classes at the moment we cannot postpone sessions, you must ensure that you are available for all four weeks. Cost €120
