A kind neighbor stopped at my gate and picked this dog up as it's a busy road !
LISCARROLL/CHURCHTOWN AREA
Dog is currently safe at Hairy Hounds as I wasn't at home.
Unfortunately unchipped so owner can't be traced that way.
If you recognize this dog, please get in touch with me or Hairy Hounds as we hate to see dog's in lost situations.
A friendly character I've been told.

Please keep gates closed and have signs up loose dog(s) etc as these people are just beyond me . Had one close call before with something like this and my akitas , gate is closed and locked during campaign season.
Anything to get a leaflet through a door π€¬ If the gates closed , if a dog isn't happy with you on the owners property then keep on going.

While it has been a crazy few weeks and looking at the 2024 diary, I'll welcome the few days of time off before it all kicks off again π

So Christmas rush is in full swing and the phone is none stop π
Up until the 22nd of December (closed then til 2024) is now fully booked.
Looking to swap appointments is not something that is possible also as very tightly scheduled as is.
Failure to show up or cancel within a reasonable amount of time will mean I'll have to charge full grooming session price & won't rebook til that is paid.
December is hard enough on groomers who work at maximum capacity to fit everyone who has booked in . I always try and accommodate but this time of year is madness always.
Appointments are filling up for 1st week in January onwards .

My phone is more then likely not going to be answered very often as it will be head down and plough on due to the high volume of work ahead .

Pet loss , one very indescribable hole left in our hearts.

Found this dog directly outside my gate running towards liscarroll direction, with a toy in mouth , on the main liscarroll to buttevant road.
Please share to locate owners as a beautiful older dog that is super friendly.

Just a reminder for the next few weeks, I won't be taking on new grooming clients due to the busy few weeks ahead. Very few appointments left for week before Christmas.
Now most times I'm booked a week + out so please keep that in mind when making for appointments.

We all had a ball meeting everyone and from what I hear, a nice bit raised for Liscarroll NS who just go above and beyond for the pupils providing them an amazing school .

A pee break before final brush out and then off home after a nice wash & dry Bruno's owners love him as natural as possible so we keep the trimming to the bare minimum π Handsome lad
First big groom done, half the length off to leave this little beautiful lady at a manageable length π First grooms can be scary as new environment, dryer can be loud and a weird sensation for any dog. I think a good sniff was definitely needed after been such a great lady. πΎππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎ
Clint off home after his holidays (I also took a mini social media holiday π€£). Nice deshed & trimming done on this lad, his a riot to work with as he just pushes his way through anything standing in his way π

Missy and Buddy Buddy is an old German shepherd π so a nice wash and blow dry. Missy is a Caucasian shepherd mix German shepherd π The sweetest characters ππ₯°ππ₯°

This beautiful boy is happy to be home after a good wash & blow dry. I love the German shepherds as they are such characters π
This is probably the reason why "big dogs" aren't big to me π€£π€£π€£ My very missed oap Drombeag , he retired to me from racing and passed in 2020 at 23, he had an amazing life and was a bit of an oddball, I had known him since he was 6 and particular wasn't even the word for him π€£
