Our aim is to give them a better quality of life than they have previously known.And we never give up.

Our dear little Lambo died in his sleep on Sunday night. He was 4 years old.
Lambo contracted joint ill when he was a baby and was always compromised. Only for the care he got from Amanda he would not have survived his first year.
We think he had a good life here
R.I.P. Lambo.😪

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT RE MY PREVIOUS POST ABOUT IMPORT CHARGES OF €86.81 BY UPS

On Forageplus advice I requested a detailed invoice
I noticed there was an additional amount of €204 which I queried. I then queried why I was charged VAT when horse feeds/supplements are rated zero VAT in Ireland.
At first they tried to fob me off and it took a number of emails before they admitted their mistake and I got this email this morning. No apology mind you.
I wonder how many other people have been robbed
This is scandalous and I've informed Forageplus so that they may take it up with UPS or at least warn their Irish customers as this will undoubtedly be affecting their sales.

Jeremy found himself in a pickle when he jumped into a box and couldn't jump out. Nearly gave me a heart attack when I heard his frantic jumping efforts and couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from. I tipped him out outside just as Phoebe came around the corner, saw him and turned tail and ran up the driveway 🤣🤣

New Year and new supplements for Ernie and Sinbad. The bill was fine, I knew what I'd paid.
The shocker was the customs charges because it came from the UK.
€86.8. Almost 50% of the cost of the products. Scandalous.
Anyway I'll get over it. Forageplus is where I get the Jiaogulan which has worked so well for them. So I decided to try some extra supplements and if they work I won't care about the Customs robbers..
And Forageplus service is excellent.

I have just spent 2 hours unravelling this pile of fencing rope, assisted by Lorenzo. 🙄How did they do it? I have no idea whatsoever. They're talented.

Go Sadie.

Delighted to say Sadie is now back with us and in great form.

The bottom of the plate and two screws have been removed so that should leave her paw feeling a lot more comfortable.

Because she now has two holes in the bone where the screws have come out, along with two larger holes where previous screws where, we have to go back to fully supporting her walking for another 6 weeks. This is because the bone is at risk of fracturing.

If we can keep her off it and all goes well she can get total freedom in 6 weeks time.

We'll do all we can to get her to take it easy, which will be quite the task as she's raring to go.

Thank you all so much for all your kind wishes and words of support for Sadie, it really means so much.
