📣 Important Update for Our Amazing Customers 🐾✂️

We want to thank you all for trusting us to pamper your furry friends! 🐶💖 However, we’ve had an increasing number of last-minute cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. This makes it difficult for us to manage our schedule and serve other pups who could use the slot.

To ensure we can continue to provide the best service possible, we’re introducing a €10 deposit for all appointments. Here’s how it will work:

✅ Once you book, a link to pay your deposit will be sent via SumUp text message.
✅ Your appointment will only be secured once the deposit is paid.
✅ If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a refund of your deposit.
🚨 Deposits will be non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment.

We understand life happens, but this change is necessary to ensure fairness and keep our business running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! 🐾
