It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father and grandfather, David F. Bolger. As a mark of respect for him, we will be closing the mill on the day of his funeral Friday, July 12th.

As a mark of respect on the death of David F. Bolger, we will not be present at the Killag Show this year. Also, the store will be closed on Friday, 12th July. David, our father and grandfather, died peacefully surrounded by family.

Funeral arrangements are available on www.rip.ie.

Bolgers Agri Grass promotion🌱☘️

Teagasc and DLF are holding an information event on Multi species and Red clover.

Local farmer Frank Morris has kindly opened up for viewing on the day. There has been increased interest in different grass mixes over the last few years and there is a €300/ha grant for sowing these again this year.

If you are planning on reseeding this year get it touch and we can get the certain varieties of grass that will suit the field type and job.

We sell maize and beet seed also which may be needed to bulk up silage stock next winter. Get in contact if you have any questions and we can discuss what best suits your farm👍
