With the Christmas rush starting it is important to make sure if you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice as I have people on a cancellation list who are awaiting appointments and they would be more than happy to take the space. A confirmation message will be sent to everyone 24-48 hours prior to your appointment and you will be asked to confirm that appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment your appointment may be cancelled and passed to the next person. I would appreciate if everyone takes note of this as I said Christmas is so busy for us groomers and not Everyone was able to get an appointment. Thank you x caroline 🎄🎄🎄

Take a look at this video. It’s very informative to anyone who owns a curly / long haired dog. Matting is so uncomfortable on dogs and can lead to issues with Hematomas and skin issues . Some people are under the impression that because they get there dog shaved each time that it doesn’t matter if dog is matted as it’s getting shaved anyway. This is not the case. Dogs with long hair and curly coats need to be on a schedule every 6-8 weeks. If you want a nice fluffy dog at the end of the groom please brush your dog in between appointments and make sure to get on schedule. Have a lovely Sunday 🩷🐕🐾
