I specialise in taking horses and ponies for breaking and schooling and will tailor to your requirements. With over a decade of exprience in dealing with problem horses, schooling, producing and competing for some of Ireland's top equestrians including Mark Kyle I'm always delighted to take on new projects. You will find my consistent approach produces the results every time. With great facilities

at my yard, three hunts on my doorstep and weekly outings to competition venues your horse and pony will receive an all round education. I also produce several ponies and horses for the show ring and with my strong track record I am delighted to produce and advise on all aspects of show production. Delighted with both 4yr olds today at Tattersalls Ireland July Show. Hattie placing 3rd in a strong mares class. Gary jumping a cracking clear round a trappy workers track. Only for the jockey forgot to go true the finish line and got us eliminated 😡🙄. Back for round two tomorrow.

I Thought The Rumours Were Fake News On Social Media " FB " Hearing About Some Guys Working Hard Behind The Scenes In Learning Side Saddle Such As " Doing Pull Ups In Their Old Run Down Barns Like Rocky Balboa " & Planks To Rebuild Their Core Strength To Maintain Balance While Riding Side Saddle Till The Day 20th Of July, A Day Of History To Remember In The Equestrian World, Well In Ireland For The Moment Unless It Goes Viral After This Post, I Could Not Visualise This Concept In Real Time Which Normally It Is Easy For Me To Visualise Three Steps Ahead But Not This, This Was Different, Never Seeing Or Tried Unless Tried By Many Men In The Past Failed Miserably To Understand Or Grasp The Terminology Of Side Saddle. On The Day, At The Nugent Town Country Fair 2024, The Loud Speakers Burnt My Ears Saying " Men's Side Saddle Is To Begin In Ring 1 & Please The Photographers Come To Ring 1 " So I left In A Hurry & Met Jane Emily In Ring 1 & Saw Matthew Entering Ring 1 & I Must Say, I Was Very Impressed, Only Thing Was Missing Was The Skirt But That Would Be Cheating, Right? Not Only 1 Rider, But All Three Riders Looked As if They Were Enjoying This Special Moment & Were Very Confident.The Idea Of The Three Men Side Saddle Is To Raise Money In Aid Of Prostate Cancer Charity & It is A Great Idea & I Hope More Guys Will Take This Up For Next Year Or Maybe At A Hunt. So The New Name Is Given, I Shall Call Them Not The Three Musketeers, We Will Call Them The Three Simuskasaddlers & Hopefully, The Irish Field Will Accept This Photo With The Winner of Men's Side Saddle Matthew Dickenson, Judge Jessica O'Brien & Mr's Oakes.

The 4am alarm and late finish was worth it at our favorite show of the year Mullingar International Horse Show. Hattie started off the day placing 3rd in a strong 4yr old class. Mister reliable won his mixed class small / large. And stood reserve champ in strong company 💪🏻. Credit to Vincent and team.

5yr old 148cm gelding. Bobby has competed in riding club dressage with his owner. All ways coming home with a ribbion and great comments from the judge. A very easy pony to have on the yard and will happily hack out alone or in company. Fit and ready for the up and coming ridden qualifiers.

It was nice to get the Boys out for a jump today at Irish Draught Wexford Branch IDHBA. Derby league. ! The lorry is unpacked and re-packed for round two tomorrow!

Someone was keen to be back jumping sticks today ! Picking up 2nd place and qualifying for cavan in the spring. 👍🏻. Lucy and Bobby headed for dressage in Boswell and placed 4th.
